Is there a cost to use Pop Site?

In short, it's free to use. Pop Site offers both free and Pro versions. The free version includes basic features, while the Pro version unlocks advanced analytics, custom domains, and branding removal.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Click on the user icon at the top of the page and select Upgrade to Pro. You can also access the upgrade option by clicking on Analytics or trying to remove Pop Site branding.

What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?

If you cancel, you will continue to have Pro features until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will return to the free version, but your site will remain active.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Pop Site does not offer refunds on Pro plans. If you experience any issues, reach out to hi@pop.site for assistance.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed securely through Pagic via Stripe, the company that powers Pop Site.

Can I change my billing information?

Yes, go to Manage Billing in your account settings to update your payment method or billing details.

What happens if my payment method fails?

If a payment fails, you will receive a notification and have a chance to update your payment method. If not updated in time, your account will be downgraded to the free version.

Can I change the email linked to my Pop Site account?

You will need to create a new account if you want to use a different email.
