Troubleshooting: Access Issues with Your Pop Site Account

If you're having trouble accessing your Pop Site account, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure You're Using the Correct Google Account

    • Pop Site exclusively uses Sign in with Google for authentication.

    • Verify that you’re signing in with the same Google account used during registration.

  2. Check Your Google Account Access

    • Ensure you can log in to your Google account at accounts.google.com.

    • If you can’t access your Google account, follow Google’s recovery steps.

  3. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

    • Open your browser settings and clear cache/cookies.

    • Restart your browser and try signing in again.

  4. Try a Different Browser or Device

    • Use an updated browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

    • Try logging in from another device.

  5. Disable Browser Extensions

    • Some extensions may interfere with authentication.

    • Temporarily disable extensions and attempt to sign in again.

  6. Check for Google Service Outages

    • Visit Google Workspace Status to check for any sign-in issues.
